Priya Agrawal – Founder Director, Ashoka Fellow
With 23 years of work experience including 11 years in advertising and 12 years as COO of The Akanksha Foundation and SNEHA, Priya brings knowledge of the corporate and social sector to Antarang. Priya is a Dasra Social Impact Leadership Fellow and is also an active board member of the Chehak Trust. Priya holds a BSc from the University of Madras and an MBA from the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. She founded Antarang in 2013.
Jessy Phillips– Director, Operations
Jessy is an MA in Clinical Psychology and holds a post graduate diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Christian Counselling Centre in Vellore. She has extensive experience as a lecturer in psychology in Nirmala Niketan and Elphinstone College and has worked closely with adolescents and young adults throughout her career.
Rita Pani – Director, Finance and External Relations
After 17 years in the financial markets, Rita made a switch into the social development sector. She is trained as a Chemical Engineer, and holds an MBA from SPJain Institute of Management and Research & The Stern School of Business, NYU. Rita has worked with global investment banks including ABN Amro, Credit Lyonnais, Macquarie & UBS, her last position was Executive Director at UBS. Her hobbies include traveling & reading.
Lopa Gandhi – Trustee
Armed with an MSc in Nutrition, Lopa dedicated 15 years to enriching the field of education before she pursued a post graduate degree from Harvard Business School in Education in 2013. Lopa is a consultant to a number of organisations including the Hemendra Kothari Foundation, Catalyst for Social Change and Aarohi.
Vandana Subramanian – Program Manager of the CareerAware program. She is a double graduate in Commerce and Fine Arts and has held solo and group shows at Mumbai and Bangalore. She has worked in a bank, in an FMCG and later in a market research agency.
Anjali Goyal – Manager, Training, conducts Train the Trainer programs and Content Development. She is a graduate in Commerce and has several years of experience in the training sector, both in India and Dubai, including the Mind Bank, WIPRO Spectramind and Dell.
Shubhangi Narkar – Manager, Finance. She is a graduate in Commerce and C.A. Inters. She has had 16 years of experience in Accounts & Finance. Prior to joining Antarang she was a worked as a team leader at J.P.Morgan in Payroll Accounting and Investment Banking, Manager Accounts at Canco Advertising Pvt Ltd and Fedex.
Sherry Yezdani – Program Lead for CareeReady and CareerAware. She is a graduate in Hotel Management and has completed her post graduation in Human Resources. She has had 17 years of experience in Guest Service and Learning & Development, and prior to joining Antarang, worked at Make-a-Wish Foundation.
Sangeeta Zombade – Manager, Community Engagement and Alumni Engagement. She is a graduate in Commerce and has completed E.C.C.Ed, and D.E.E.P. Prior to joining Antarang, she worked as a teacher in Service Learning Program.
Vaibhav Tamboli – Senior Associate, Community Engagement
Rebecca Phillips – Senior Associate, Placements and Impact. She is a graduate in Economics and before joining Antarang, she worked with the non-profit, Dasra.
Sweta Singh – Senior Associate, Placements and Impact. She has a B.A in Sociology and Masters in Social Work. Prior to joining Antarang she worked at the Praja Foundation and the Informed Voter Project.
Shobhika Pereira – Associate, Mentor Program and CareeReady Trainer. She is a graduate in Commerce and prior to working at VFS.
Prasham Bapna – Associate, Mentor Program and Muktangan and CareeReady trainer. She is a Graduate in Computer Science and has completed her MBA in Human Resources. Prior to joining Antarang, she worked at Accenture and at Jasmine Learning Solutions.
